Thanks to the Animal Care Network teams for being out on the streets all weekend long, making over 70 stops and visiting over 100 dogs and cats. Seven dogs and cats were rescued!

The volunteers spent the entire weekend rescuing animals, delivering food and straw, repairing doghouses, checking collars and chains, passing out educational literature and talking to owners about spay neuter and any other issues that are present at each individual address.

Also much quality and love time spent with each dog, many of which are starved for attention. They team also attempts to give the chained and penned dogs some “off” time and let them have a little exercise.
