Pearl was in heat and Pearl needed to be spayed ASAP.  Some neighborhood dogs were “coming around” as the owner said.

Now Pearl is spayed and vaccinated thanks to a grant from the Reitz Family Fund. No “accidents” happening at Pearl’s place!
