Earlier we told you the story about Daisy who was rescued by a neighbor after being abandoned in a crate in the basement next door, this neighbor opted to keep Daisy. When she was spayed and vaccinated through our spay neuter program she weighed in at 17 pounds as an adult dog,  the results of malnutrition and being kept in a small crate 24/7.

Her new owners sent us this picture of her in the new coat she got for Christmas.  Doesn’t she look pretty!
