A big thank you to Team Rose, Kim and Marcella for braving the bitter cold temps and winds all day to check on and assist outdoor dogs! The team was also joined by Aftab, reporter from the Oakland Press, who did an article on the Animal Care Network and the extreme weather.
Thankfully our friends at the Oakland Press support our program and have a great concern for animal welfare!!!

because the weather was just too bad and the volunteers were extremely busy!
