To qualify for the Animal Care Network food assistance program ALL dogs and cats in the household must be spayed and neutered.

The ACN offers financial assistance and transportation to make this happen.These two boys were a new address in our target area. A male adult pit bull and a male puppy pit bull. We always give a first time address assistance with food and explain the guidelines and give them a copy of the ACN packet and literature.…

We attempted to educate the owner and let him know that these dogs may fight when they are both full size adult dogs and once that happens, nine times out of ten, it happens again! Experience  confirms this.  We offered free neuter to these two boys and we hope to hear from the owner.In the meantime, the puppy sure is enjoying his new toy!!!
