The Animal Care Networks works extremely hard on getting through to the community about the importance of spay neuter and humane and proper care of dogs and cats. It is very rewarding when we get through to a family that was previously having litters of puppies and kittens.

It is nice to work one on one with the families and see the end result in a positive way.

When we met this family, they had a litter of puppies and a litter of kittens. We were able to get the kittens surrendered to our rescue,  they already had homes for the puppies, BUT we got the moms and dads fixed and ALSO the pups fixed before they were given away. They have also since taken in a new puppy and cat from the streets and they immediately contacted Animal Care Network to get them fixed.

We recently got MeMe the pit bull and Fat Daddy the cat fixed thanks
to a spay neuter grant with the Best Friends Animal Society!!!!
