There are signs all over our target area enforcing that there is no dumping, violators will be prosecuted, 24 hour surveillance, etc.

I wonder if the person that dumped this poor emaciated pit bull in a Rubbermaid container was prosecuted? She was practically dumped directly underneath the sign.

Sadly, in all targeted areas, there are dead dogs found all the time. When will it end?

The Animal Care Network is so sorry we couldn’t have rescued her from her terrible, cruel situation.

May she rest in peace and suffer no more. God bless her after what she must have gone through.
