What a great spay and neuter week for the Animal Care Network thanks to a fantastic partnership with the Michigan Animal Rescue League, All About Animals, Michigan Humane Society and Ross Hospital for Animals.
This week we were able to coordinate the spay and neuter of 51 dogs and cats IN our target areas. This was made possible thanks to spay/neuter grants and your donations!
Transportation was provided for many of these dogs and cats and even though the weather and roads were terrible every single scheduled dog and cat got to the vet except two which we will reschedule. Many of these dogs and cats received life-saving vaccines as well.
Here are some happy spay neuter recipients.
Spaying and neuter is the key to the pet overpopulation problem.
Every single dog and cat that gets fixed contributes to the
decrease of homeless, abandoned and unwanted litters, dogs and cats.
Every single dog and cat that gets fixed helps to achieve everyone’s goal of NO MORE HOMELESS PETS!
PLEASE DONATE TO THE ANIMAL CARE NETWORK SPAY NEUTER PROGRAM!!!!
