Our spay neuter program has been participating in early spay neuter since we can remember and the community is following suit! We pass out the Best Friends Animal Society “Fix… at Four” pamphlet at every single address that we go to and this has become a very successful tool in educating pet owners to get these dogs and cats fixed young! Bypass those medical, health and temperament issues!!!
