Max’s owners wanted to breed him!
Then Max started running away and lifting his leg on everything and everybody!
After a chat with Animal Care Network Max was neutered and vaccinated for $10.00 through a spay neuter grant program.
His owner’s are very happy and he is doing so much better now!!!
