One saved, one gone.

ACN was alerted by a family member to two small dogs that had been left in a home when the owner died. The dogs were in cages and left with no water and no open windows for nearly a week during this horrible heat spell.

One of the dogs was dying due to heat stroke and was humanely put to sleep, the other is doing well in a foster home and will be up for adoption when ready. The nails were so long they were all tangled together.
