Living on cardboard and glass with mangled tire chain bearing down on his neck, this boy was understandably miserable and angry.

After the owner attacked one of our team members, authorities were called and this poor dog is now on a proper, LIGHTER leash that was left by our team. He also has food and water. Not the life we want for him, but at least he is in better shape now.
