Bowl-4-Animal Rescue
***** Important Update from Bowl-4-Animal Rescue Hosts*****
Drumroll please…
With our Yappy Hour, followed by our 3-month pledge drive and huge #B4AR 2014 event, we were able to raise $42,000 for the Michigan Animal Adoption Network / Animal Care Network and Friends For the Dearborn Animal Shelter! AMAZING!!!!!!

This years Bowl-4-Animal Rescue was a huge success! Everyone had a great time bowling, eating, and winning prizes while raising money for the animals.We would like to thank everyone who came out to help the Michigan Animal Adoption Network and Friends For the Dearborn Animal Shelter raise money. All proceeds go directly to the groups to help the animals.
We would also like to thank all the volunteers that work year round to make this event a huge success.
So much is done behind the scenes leading up to the event and it couldn’t be accomplished without great volunteers!The biggest thank you in the world goes out to Michelle Mullen and Aleta Sill for being the best hosts anyone can ask for. They go beyond the call of duty when it comes to animals and it shows in the energy and time they put in to make this event successful. Without them, this event would not be the great fundraiser that it is.
We would also like to send a big thank you out to Molly Masson and Alana Appel for joining us.
Molly brought her rescued dog Lettie to the event. Lettie was rescued from an abandoned home when she was a puppy. After a lot of love, care, and food, Lettie became a permanent family member in the Masson household. Alana is a remarkable young lady. She raised over $400.00 by herself for the Michigan Animal Adoption Network by collecting bottles and cans and obtaining donations. What a great world it wou
ld be if all kids were that generous and kind!

Pet Adoption Fair with a Sweet Flair

Whole Foods Market in Troy is teaming up with The Michigan Animal Adoption Network to host a pet adoption fair! Stop in and browse through the book for the latest pets available for adoption and, pick up a sweet treat on us! For every pound of pet food donated, Whole Foods Market will match and, all folks donating will get a FREE ice cream cone, float OR, Sundae on US, dairy free options available!!
ALL pet food will be donated to The Michigan Animal Adoption Network who relies on volunteers and donations to offer animal adoption and resources in our community learn more here,
