Joyce and Dave really needed some help with Lady their pit bull.  She needed to be spayed and vaccinated and they just could not afford it.  So they called the Animal Care Network who is fortunate enough to be one of the Michigan Humane Society’s partners in the free pit bull sterilization program.

ACN provided transportation for Joyce and Lady to get to the Michigan Humane Society veterinary clinic. Lady also had a skin issue which we were able to help her with as well!

Lady recovered very well and looks so much better and healthier than she did.

Joyce and Dave are very thankful for this program and really appreciated the help from the Michigan Humane Society and the  Animal Care Network.

Now that Lady is spayed, they qualify for our food assistance program.  We are happy to help responsible pet owners like Joyce and Dave!
