The Animal Care Network says YES to young puppies and kittens being spayed and neutered as do our participating veterinarians.

We have had hundreds of puppies and kittens fixed through our program and they do great and recover quickly. Sadly, in our target areas, this may be the only opportunity to get these guys fixed.
