Little Hugo was dumped in a vacant lot and left to die.

Luckily someone alerted the Animal Care Network and we immediately responded and rescued Hugo.

Thanks to the Michigan Animal Rescue League for taking Hugo, nursing him back to health and having him neutered before finding him a wonderful home!!
