This volunteer program is not only very draining, emotionally and physically but it can also be dangerous, not always safe and caution must always be taken.
Anyone that we see with a dog, we approach to find out information, where they live, if they need anything or any assistance and this must always be done carefully
Whenever we see pit bulls such as the ones in the photos, our hearts sink because we know what the outcome may be for these poor dogs.
We try very hard to rescue these dogs, find out where they live, check on them and report to the authorities.
This is what we are up against many times!
