January 15, 2013: Spay and neuter 2012

The Animal Care Network closed out 2012 with a total of 625 dogs and cats spayed and neutered through the program, which provides financial assistance and transportation to and from the veterinarian.

This is 625 less animals in Pontiac that will be reproducing and  contributing to the overpopulation problem! The ACN credits our teams and volunteers for talking to pet owners about spay and neuter and also to the pet owners that are eager to have their animals fixed!

ACN would also like to credit and thank Ross Hospital for Animals, Michigan Humane Society and All About Animals for their participation and huge part in the spay neuter program.

Also a huge, heartfelt thanks to the organizations that awarded us grants and the donations from the public and the community that enable us to continue this vital program!
