ACN not only rescues mother dogs and cats when the owners are “done” with them, but also rescue entire families. The owners will tell us “we can’t even give these puppies/kittens away”. Some of these mother dogs are so amazing, they are forced to breed, chained outside, are neglected and suffer weight loss and infection, but still manage to keep their spirit intact!

These poor dogs look like they have been through the ringer. Their coats look terrible, they are sagging and are so sore from huge litters, but they still want to play with their puppies.

Here are a few recent rescues of some great mom dogs with their puppies.  These dogs/puppies were taken to local shelters and foster care and will never be bred again!
