More tangled, overheating dogs. One dog was stuck between a privacy fence and a chain link fence. We wonder how they survive and if anyone would ever check on them if ACN hadn’t stopped by or noticed these situations while driving to another address.

ACN volunteers have very keen eyes and are always looking for animals in trouble in backyards and on the streets!

Also are photos of the poor dog featured in the Oakland Press last week that was stuck and had dug himself completely into a hole to try to get relief from the heat. Thankfully the neighbors were vigilant and called ACN and animal control on this address. The team did a recheck and the dog was loose in the yard at the time, even though he DID NOT have any water.

So frustrating!
