When this tiny, frail and unhealthy puppy was rescued the first thing that came to mind was she looks like an elf or something so unreal and pathetic yet so endearing and cute.

She was the runt of the litter and nobody wanted to pay money for this sickly little creature, hence a phone call to the ACN, the luckiest day of “Elf’s” life!
