It is cold outside, animals are hungry, and we are trying to feed them.  Thanks to a large donation from the wonderful employees at Rainbow Child Care Center in Troy, we can continue to do this.  They held a collection and with the money they raised, they bought dog food and gas cards.

Today Laura Fenton, Branding Coordinator, brought us a whole pallet of dog food that will be passed out to low income pet owners.    This came at a great time since we our supply was getting low.

Along with the food, she also brought gas cards for our ACN managers.   Our volunteers use their own vehicles and this will help offset the cost of gasoline.  Even though gasoline costs have come down,  many tanks  are used every week.

Thank you also to Adam, Jenny, and Frankie for helping to unload the food in the frigid temperatures this morning.   Also thank you to Jenny  for organizing the collection!
