Thankfully the owner of this stocky lil 1 year old agreed to surrender him to us!! We have known Boss since he was a skinny 6 week old covered in fleas and full of worms. You name it, Boss probably had it. He has since been cured of everything, in big part thanks to donations acn receives, and another part thanks to the owner actually following through on treatments. The latter unfortunately is a rarity.

Unfortunately, as goes the life of these dogs, once they get too big, out they go on the chain. When we saw Boss today he had no shelter and had dug himself a huge hole for shade. That was it…we begged, again, and this time it worked.   He is now at a vet having his neck looked at.
