Another issue with outdoor, backyard dogs is being surrounded by junk or garbage, getting injured, tangled and sometimes even hung or tangled together.  Most times the surroundings of the dog are so cluttered with broken bottles, etc. that it is not a safe environment for anyone to live in!

We do the best we can to make the dog safer and speak with the owners about our concerns.
